As a Product Manager specializing in janitorial products, you'll take ownership of a growing product line, driving innovation and meeting customer needs. Position Responsibilities Research and source janitorial products from top domestic and international vendors. Manage janitorial vendor relations, visiting manufacturing facilities and tradeshows to ensure product quality and negotiating deals that boost profitability. Review customer feedback, competitor offerings and market trends to recommend new products. Support the catalog layout process to maximize product visibility and enhance our janitorial product offering. Partner with internal teams, including Purchasing, Creative, Quality Control and Pricing, to ensure product success. Manage and mentor a team, fostering professional growth and high performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Supply Chain or Marketing. Distribution or retail industry experience preferred.
