Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Lee Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team in the role of Clinical Team Lead. A psychiatric background is preferred. This RN must have 3 years of RN experience.

This RN will lead the medication management support team, assign daily assignments to support staff, assist with training, adhering to policies and procedures for clinical practices, room patients, labs and monitoring/auditing and confirming adherence to clinical practice. This RN will assist collaborate with providers to ensure effect and efficient care for our patients.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines, to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty.

Certification in appropriate specialty required within 3 years of hire. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment.

Project management and quality improvement experience preferred
