Summary:
The Environmental Services Team Member IV role leads a team under supervision of an Environmental Services Supervisor. This position performs front line staff leadership and support through training, daily assignment scheduling and ensuring that equipment and supplies are available. Provides leadership and direction to the completion of cleaning tasks required to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the hospital.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Relevant experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of an Environmental Services Team Member III role.
