The anticipated annual salary range for this position: $80,485- $120,728 based on experience.

About the role:

As the Technology Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering technology solutions that include Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications. This role bridges the gap between data center operational needs and technical capabilities, driving the successful implementation of innovative tools to enhance data center operational efficiency and innovation. You will play a critical role in ensuring these solutions are optimized to meet the specific demands and challenges of modern data center environments.

What you will be doing:

Project Management:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end, ensuring efficient utilization of project management methodologies.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, balancing resource availability and project requirements.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths using industry best practices to ensure project milestones are met.

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones to track project progress and make necessary adjustments.

• Implement change control processes to handle scope adjustments without compromising project timelines or budgets.

• Ensure all phases of the project lifecycle are executed according to best practices and quality standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Facilitate alignment between internal cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, Compliance, Procurement, and external vendors.

• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities through clear and concise reports.

• Establish strong relationships with SaaS and AI technology vendors, holding them accountable for contractual obligations and service-level agreements.

• Address and mediate any conflicts among stakeholders to maintain project momentum.

Technology Implementation:

• Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management to ensure project success.

• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deployed solutions meet functional requirements. Establish testing protocols and oversee quality checks to ensure solutions meet functional and performance requirements.

• Create and deliver instructional materials, such as user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, to enhance understanding and ease of use for new systems.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define a clear vision for SaaS and AI solutions that align with organizational goals.

• Act as a champion for emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate advancements like generative AI or predictive analytics into data center operations.

Product Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate the performance of deployed solutions, using analytics to identify inefficiencies or underutilization.

• Implement updates and enhancements to address user needs and leverage new technology capabilities.

• Plan for product decommissioning or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and continuity in functionality.

• Promote widespread adoption of new tools by showcasing their value and fostering a user-first culture.

Risk Management:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project challenges, including technical, financial, and operational risks.

• Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulatory and security standards.

• Work with compliance committee to ensure data protection and cybersecurity measures are integral to product solutions.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Define success metrics such as delivery timelines, budget adherence, and user adoption rates.

• Conduct retrospectives to document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future initiatives.

• Leverage tools to visualize project performance data, providing real-time insights to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Stay informed about emerging SaaS and AI trends, tools, and best practices.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Champion the adoption of innovative technologies that align with organizational objectives.

• Create documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower teams with best practices and insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant industry experience.

• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.

• 3+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SaaS and/or AI technologies and/or automation.

• Strong understanding of SaaS applications, AI tools, and data integration practices.

• Basic understanding of machine learning models and AI frameworks is a plus.
