We want YOU to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Program Manager Site Lead, where you'll play a vital role supporting both the Materiel Leader and Government leadership within the Compass Call program. As an integral member of the team, you'll serve as the key liaison embedded within BAE Systems, managing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) while collaborating closely with BAE Program Management leadership. This multifaceted role provides the unique opportunity to support senior leadership, operational teams, and engineers across both operational and administrative control chains. - Must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI access
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with operational intelligence systems
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with requirements development and performance verication activities
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with program management support activities
- Subject matter expertise on EA37B platform and baseline strategies
- Previous experience with Agile development methodologies
- Previous experience using CONOPS development
- Knowledge and understanding of operational intelligence systems, including technical components and performance capabilities, particularly related to the Compass Call mission
- Expertise in supporting program management activities, including monitoring project progress, reviewing contract data requirements (CDRLs), assisting with financial plans, and managing the overall coordination of project deliverables within budget and timeline constraints
- Knowledge and understanding using configuration management practices and able to support the configuration management board in determining the scope of work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical issues and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including government leadership, contractors, and engineers
- Ability to monitor vendor progress, review performance, assess deliverables, and ensure the timely completion of projects
- Ability to travel to CONUS locations to attend meetings and briefings in support of Materiel Leader
What You Will Do:
- Provide support to contractor-vendor efforts, ensuring the design, development, and deployment of advanced technical capabilities for Compass Call.
- Perform detailed technical evaluations of all vendor proposals in response to government solicitations on behalf of the Government program manager.
- Support conguration management board, which determines the scope and nature of work to be completed by the vendor in specied time periods.
- Advise the Materiel Leader on vendor progress toward technical and schedule goal completion
- Assist Materiel Leader in authoring statements of work, performance of work statements, bills of material, and other necessary contract documents.
- Assist Materiel Leader/Contracting Ocer during all phases of contract: from request for proposal requirement building to performance assessment review to invoice validation.
- Assist Materiel Leader/Government Finance Manager with maintaining Financial Plan, and answering numerous taskers from HAF, ACC, Comptroller, etc.
- Perform Technical analysis of software, hardware, and cloud system specications.
- Perform test evaluation of software, hardware, and cloud systems performance capabilities
- Evaluate other contractor technical proposals.
- Monitor contractor progress, review CDRLs, and report status.
- Assist Material Leader and Lead Engineer in reviewing systems operational performance.
- Support selected hardware and software development and lab integration.
- Manage and Review CPAR in support of Materiel Leader.
