Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing complex IT projects across business systems, data & analytics, innovation, and IT operations. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders to communicate progress and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, ensuring cross-departmental coordination to deliver projects on time. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success by driving IT projects to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of assigned IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.

  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocation.

  • Track progress and measure project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and techniques.

  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques and report escalations to management as needed.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure alignment and transparency across all business areas.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report on the quantitative value of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to create large-scale project plans.

  • Experience in technical facilitation of Infrastructure focused Technology deployment projects, exposure to vendor and people management.

  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively, maintain schedules, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a big-picture perspective.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business acumen.

  • Resilience in ambiguity, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently while following direction and promoting the company culture and guiding principles.

  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach to move projects forward or troubleshoot issues.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical project management or similar experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project), and relevant IT systems.

  • Experience in Security and/or Technical Infrastructure programs.

  • Residential real estate experience (Single Family or Multifamily) preferred.

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$86,860.00 - $144,760.00
