- Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions - Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs - Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage - Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression - Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals *Skills* Customer Service, Banking, Call Center, Sales, Teller, hospitality, fast paced, high volume, banking, credit union, bank call center, mortgage lending *Top Skills Details* Customer Service, Banking, Call Center, Sales, Teller, hospitality, fast paced, high volume *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required - Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs - Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service - Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $43264.00 - $46259.00/yr.
