We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management and team member management. Proficiency in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM is essential. This role requires domain expertise in Payer. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
• Oversee project estimation processes to ensure accurate and realistic project timelines and budgets.
• Provide continuous project tracking to supervise progress and identify any potential issues early.
• Implement effective project time management strategies to ensure timely completion of all project landmarks.
• Ensure high standards of project quality management to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage project scope to ensure all results are met within the agreed parameters.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
• Engage in project collaborator management to ensure all customers are advised and their expectations are managed.
• Apply MS Project for detailed project planning and tracking.
• Apply Agile PLM methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Ensure all project activities align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to its success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Apply domain expertise in Payer to ensure project relevance and effectiveness.
• Adapt to the hybrid work model and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience in project planning estimation tracking and time management.
• Should have strong expertise in project quality management scope management and risk management.
• Must be proficient in project cost and budget management.
• Should have experience in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM.
• Must have domain expertise in Payer.
• Should have excellent team member leadership skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
