A week in the life of an Administrative Program Analyst:



  • Summarizes and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
  • Reviews and ensures completeness of all travel expenditures and timesheets.
  • Processes team members' time and expense reports in a conscientious and timely manner.
  • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
  • Prepares and reviews project invoices.
  • Assists in new employee orientation and assures completion of corporate required training.
  • Oversees the achievement of all CRC required pre-deployment standards by all deploying personnel.
  • Coordinates with government sponsors to attain CAC cards and Letters of Authorization for travel.
  • Maintains personnel deployment and travel records.
  • Tracks personnel deployment and movement timelines and itineraries.
  • Formulates cohesive and accurate monthly reports to the customer and Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Participates in internal teams/task forces.
  • Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
  • Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Four years professional experience with a High School diploma or GED equivalence or two years professional experience with an Associate's degree.
  • Proficient in Excel/ Word/ Power Point.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Understanding of military acronyms and terms.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Preparing and executing presentations, training and briefs.
  • Time management and organization.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
