We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a top-tier global technology company. With 5-7 years of project management experience, you will work in an innovative and fast-paced environment. This will be hybrid in Cupertino, CA and a 3-month contract to start. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex projects within the People function, ensuring successful completion while working both independently and with large cross-functional teams. Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies within the People business. Drive transparency and effective communication to build trust with partners and stakeholders. Manage dependencies across different areas of expertise, ensuring smooth collaboration and project flow. Be flexible to attend or host occasional meetings outside of standard working hours. Desired Skills & Experience: 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of People business, systems, and technology. Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and trust with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to drive results independently and as part of large cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects in dynamic environments. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $80-$88.65 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
