Donor Recruitment Specialist

Company Background: At Miller-Keystone Blood Center, our mission is to save lives by partnering with our community to provide a continuous supply of blood services to our community.

Position Summary: Do you enjoy talking to people? We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public in order to facilitate successful donor center and blood drive collections. By assisting the public in scheduling donation appointments via telephone and in person, this position helps to meet our mission of saving lives. This position will be at our fixed site Reading location working at the front desk as well as working in the call center.

• Attention to detail and exemplary attendance are extremely important
• HS Diploma/ GED- required
• Reliable Transportation

Hours Full-time:

Floater

Pay:

• 15.07/hr. depending on experience

You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500.
