We are seeking a proactive and creative Customer Community Manager to join our team. Reporting to our Manager, Customer Adoption Programs, this role is pivotal in building and nurturing an engaged online customer community and enhancing our social media presence to promote the adoption and use cases of Thomson Reuters legal products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with customers, fostering community engagement, and enhancing our online promotion of the adoption and use cases of Thomson Reuters legal products. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
