Beverage Careers Food Careers The purpose of the Warehouse Day/Clerical position is to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the processing of materials, equipment and products to ensure BEK operational efficiencies are met and maintained. Position is mainly focused as the Guard Shack attendant. * Responsible for checking in all In-Bound delivery trucks * Making sure all paperwork is correct and trucks are assigned to the correct doors for unloading. * Ensure BEK quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained. * Perform additional duties as needed. Job Qualifications: * 3 months of work-related experience required; or combination of education and experience * Food service industry experience preferred * Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines helpful * Ability to read and interpret rules/guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions * Basic data entry (10-key by touch) skills * Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications * Basic math skills, as well as ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs * Able to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot) * Good communication skills * Ability to follow instructions * Self-starter with ability to multi-task * Excellent organization skills * Ability to work in fast-paced environment * Customer-focused * Strong attention to detail * Good problem-solving skills * High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
