The Opportunity

Adobe's Real-time Customer Data Platform represents a new generation of Adobe innovation to help enterprises manage petabytes of data and build exceptional customer experiences ranging from acquisition to engagement and beyond. Adobe has unlocked new efficiencies around first party data for the world's largest brands and is the leader in the Customer Data Platform market, which is projected to grow at double digit CAGR through 2030.

Connecting customers (and their data) with the vast marketing & advertising ecosystem is central to the value customers get from Real-Time Customer Data Platform. We are building state-of-the-art data activation, event forwarding, and tagging capabilities that let our customers distribute their data where they want it, when they want it, and in the shape they want it, with no engineering or maintenance required.

As Product Manager for Activation framework, you will be at the forefront of empowering our customers to customize, orchestrate, and scale their data workflows effortlessly. Your work will focus on enhancing Adobe's real-time and batch integrations across a vast ecosystem of other platforms, ensuring users can adapt the platform to meet their unique business and technical needs. From refining UX workflows to delivering powerful API and SDK capabilities, you'll create tools that simplify complex data operations.

What You'll Do

  • Independently envision, define, own and drive critical areas for the product to build a world class product offering

  • Drive prototyping and early ideation of new product features and capabilities across various workflows

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and field teams to identify and deliver delightful user experiences

  • Provide a strong customer perspective in engineering and architecture discussions

  • Work with the product marketing and go-to-market organizations to help drive market success

  • Help the business scale to serve thousands of customers

Formula for Success

  • Relevant product management experience - At least 3-5 years, ideally in relevant Enterprise products in a high growth phase

  • Self-starter, results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work optimally at all levels within the organization and with partners

  • Insatiable curiosity for the user problem - have opinions on where the market is going with eagerness to learn more.

  • Product led growth mindset - Run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric.

  • Excellent Communication skills - You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers alike through written documentation or verbal presentations.

  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation applications such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze or analytics platforms such as Amplitude are a plus but not required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
