About the Role West Elm is seeking a highly motivated Junior Production Designer to support in creating compelling visual content to support storytelling and contribute to overall creative look and feel of digital marketing assets across West Elm. This role will design creative assets like email and site landing pages, while also contributing to other digital categories like web design and social media marketing. They will work closely with the digital production manager, project managers, and design and site experience teams to produce pixel-perfect digital collateral based on pre-defined templates and style guides, , while helping to evolve digital marketing templates and style guides. Our ideal candidate appreciates design, photography and type hierarchies, and is up-to-date on current digital marketing trends across multiple platforms. They should also be comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, media and file formats, file sizes and copy styling. This person thrives in a fast-moving environment balancing multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, media and file formats, and copy styling.
