Communicate with customers including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues After fully trained, the expectation is to make upwards of 80 outbound calls a day to update test result status *Skills* Call center, Healthcare, Outbound calls *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVES: 1+ years in a call center environment Must be very tech savvy and can use over 4 software programs at once At least 1+ year in a very fast paced, time sensitive environment Willingness to work in office 1.5+ year of job tenure at each role on resume *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
