I. Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop effective programs for Donor Egg, Reciprocal IVF, and other applicable new programs for the IVF Center. Provide project coordination support to project/program leaders in developing work plans and in monitoring and ensuring the timely implementation of all assigned program deliverables. This may include but is not limited to researching information, analyzing data, providing data tools or survey tools, compiling information, arranging meetings/conferences, and producing correspondence and reports.

2. Oversee activities and details associated with the daily operations of the REI Clinic and IVF Center including, but not limited to staffing and facilitation for Retrievals and Transfers.

3. Ensures the program meets company goals/Business Plan in collaboration with the Department Manager and Medical Group Administration. Measure the overall success through Division and Department Metrics.

4. Assists in tracking the budget for volume in collaboration with the Office Supervisor, and Department Manager.

5. Participates in the orientation of all new staff for the REI Clinic and the IVF Center.

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Associate Degree in a related field.

Preferred:

1. Bachelor's Degree.

Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. 2 years of related experience.

2. Ability to maintain a cooperative and positive attitude and approach to patients, staff, and visitors.

3. Ability to manage multiple assignments, projects, set priorities, and meet timeframes.

4. Ability to support projects through from conception to completion.

5. Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

6. Ability to use electronic health record and general office computer systems.

7. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

8. Basic knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodology.

Preferred:
1. Previous Women's Health Experience.

2. Previous experience working with Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

3. Previous Ambulatory operations experience.
