The primary task will be to perform genotyping of mouse colonies and molecular cloning. Incumbent will verify results through molecular assays (PCR, qPCR, protein assay) and cell culture. Incumbent will assist in maintaining genetic modified mouse lines / colonies as well as common lab duties. This is a part-time position. Key Responsibilities include the following skills:
