The Emergency Response Manager will support our clients in planning and coordinating disaster response and crisis management activities. This role will work closely with client stakeholders to enhance their Emergency Response Group (ERG) programs while ensuring compliance with JLL's standards and relevant regulations. This role initially involves on-site work at our client's Chicago facility to establish strong relationships. After the first few months, this role will potentially transition to a fully remote position with 20% travel required. Are you passionate and ready to manage our critical emergency response program? In this role, you will: Manage client ERG programs, adhering to JLL procedures and client requirements for 1100 total facilities; retail, banking branches, and office space. Travel to various sites throughout the US when needed - less than 20% travel. Provide expert guidance on ERG strategy, standards, and regulatory compliance Coordinate safety initiatives and support incident reporting and investigations Develop, implement, and manage ERG training plans and written programs Monitor ERG performance and communicate with account leadership Assist in creating annual ERBC plans and assess potential impacts of account changes. Contribute to HSSE risk assessments and crisis communication strategies Collaborate on Disaster Recovery Plan development and maintenance Incorporate environmental considerations into disaster recovery plans Coordinate and participate in regular emergency drills and simulations Who we are looking for: Required 3+ years in emergency response management or related field Strong understanding of HSSE regulations and industry best practices Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies Experience with data analysis and incident command systems Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders Adaptability to manage priorities in dynamic situations Preferred Relevant certifications; CBCP, CEM, etc. Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift. Pay $72,000 - 85,000 with a 7.5% targeted bonus of the annual salary. |
