Position Summary

Project duties consist of conducting in-person and telephone interviews during work hours. Prepare for upcoming projects, by participating in zoom project walk-throughs, create and go over various project scripts, upload IRB documents approved to project Box and One Drive, help with weekly agendas and minutes, attend weekly local project zoom and in-person calls.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information; greets and directs visitors; answers routine inquiries; maintains log of inquiries as required.
  • Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to department staff/faculty.
  • Assists with maintaining program bulletin boards, wall posters, and other program research/education related announcements in written and electronic format.
  • Assists our webmaster with updating language and media on our program website and assists with social media content.
  • Assists program academic leadership team with outreach, recruitment, and other related events meant to aid in advertisement, recruitment, and retention for the program.
  • Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
  • May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and/or conferences, as appropriate to the position.
  • May order, stock, and distribute office supplies.
  • May run various routine errands, as required, for the unit/department.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; no previous experience required. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
