Professional Development Operations Specialist - Americas

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Logistics and Customer Service

• Prepare and update the annual training schedule, and process training registrations with the Professional Development team for the Americas sector
• Provide data and analysis to the Professional Development Team to support program growth
• Provide logistics support for all Americas training sessions, including but not limited to sourcing training venues, manage printing and distribution of PRI Training materials and certificates
• Process sector specific reports including invoicing and receiving payments, analyze and report course feedback, maintain records and other reports as required
• Provide sector specific support for the implementation and use of the Professional Development digital platform (Learning Management System, Training Management System, and any other applicable software applications)
• Develop and continually improve internal work processes, follow up and monitor the implementation of the process to deliver quality products and services
• Create and monitor the annual revenue and expense budget for the Americas cost center
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve Americas sector revenue targets through public and onsite training sessions
• Provide external and internal customer support for the PRI Training program in the Americas sector
• Support training new team members, provide ongoing mentoring to established team members

Product Development and Strategy

• Support Marketing Department with ongoing PRI Training marketing activities, including, but not limited to, the publication of the PRI Training Newsletter, marketing campaigns and social media
• Coordinate with PRI Training Instructional Design Team and Operations Team to support new course development

Instructor Management

• Support sourcing and onboarding of new instructors
• Monitoring and providing feedback on instructor performance
• Support instructors with logistics information and assist in processing expenses

Content Management

• Contribute to the maintenance of course content, liaising with SME's for assigned courses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of administrative experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with appropriate computer application programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in delivering training/education desired
• Understanding of Aerospace industry and standards, desired

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to travel at least 10% of the time
• Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk
• Standard office environment
