About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant - Level III to provide critical administrative and analytical support to the Facilities Services Directorate at Washington Headquarters Service. This role is integral to the efficient operation of the Directorate Management Division (DMD), supporting senior leadership and ensuring the seamless execution of the Directorate's objectives. You will play a key role in managing complex projects, analyzing data, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general direction, establish overall objectives, plan, and conduct analysis of assigned projects as directed.
  • Assist in the formation of Excel spreadsheets, including graphs, statistical analysis, and data compilation.
  • Assist in the interpretation and dissemination of guidelines.
  • Maintain continuity of office operations during emergencies.
  • Assist in maintaining Performance Metric Reports for senior leadership.
  • Create and maintain monthly and ad hoc reports for leadership.
  • Prepare materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, and telephone calls for senior leadership.
  • Prepare special reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, gathering information from diverse sources.
  • Maintain office calendars, arrange meetings, and take meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized filing system.
  • Create, enter, save, retrieve, edit, file, and present text, spreadsheets, and charts.
  • Assist in managing calendars for branch/division staff (15-30 employees).
  • Review written correspondence for grammar and punctuation.
  • Provide oversight of day-to-day administrative actions and short lead suspenses.
  • Communicate new procedures to administrative personnel in subordinate offices, and request information for conferences and reports.
  • Answer phones and inquiries for senior leadership.
Required Experience/Clearance
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience.
Desired Experience
  • Experience with data analysis software beyond Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience supporting high-level government officials or military personnel.
  • Experience working within a PWS environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
