Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager Pricing is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across various channels for the Medical Nutrition portfolio. This role involves leading a team of analysts, conducting market research, analyzing pricing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business imperatives. The Sr. Manager Pricing will also monitor pricing performance, provide guidance to the Sales Team, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive pricing.

Location: This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across channels including acute care, post-acute care, and e-commerce for the Medical Nutrition portfolio.
* Own the pricing process including new product pricing.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, Legal and Compliance, to align pricing strategies with business imperatives.
* Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and processes to assure accurate and efficient pricing decisions.
* Analyze pricing data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify pricing gaps and opportunities for improvement.
* Lead Pricing Approval Committee. Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings, engage participants to assure all views are represented.
* Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis.
* Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, including pricing elasticity, margin analysis, and price realization.
* Provide guidance and support to Sales Team on pricing strategies, discounting policies, and contract negotiations.
* Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging pricing technologies, and reimbursement changes that may impact pricing strategies.
* Collaborate with Finance to develop pricing forecasts, budgets, and financial models.
* Lead team of three Sr. Analysts responsible for supporting pricing analysis and approval processes
* Manage team performance, to create a winning culture. Coach and develop direct reports to meet performance and development goals.
* Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience and Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
* 7+ years of experience in analytic capacity in pricing management, or financial analysis in a B2B environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
* High degree of knowledge of pricing methodologies, tools, and software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing pricing strategies and driving revenue growth.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Travel required: 5-10% of time

Preferred Skills:
* Pricing experience in healthcare industry
* Technical, analytical and data management background.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with all levels of the organization.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI (or similar reporting tool), MS Access and PowerPoint.

Theapproximate payrange for this position is$150,000.00to$190,000.00.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
