Position Summary:

The Shopper Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and implementing shopper marketing initiatives and projects across the Nestle Health Science Portfolio. Support the broader team with on-going purchase order, contract and coupon tracking and management.

The preferred candidate will be within commutable distance to the Nestle Health Science Headquarter location in Chicago, IL , or our other hub locations in Bridgewater, NJ , the NY Metro market, or Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Shopper Marketing Team on key customer initiatives and projects to ensure delivery and execution
  • Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Team on planning and executing programs for invoices, purchase orders, and results tracking and analysis
  • Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners, such as Brand Marketing, Customer Teams, Shopper Insights, Visual Merchandising, and others.
  • Support team with on-going analysis and measurement of performance, including: KPI benchmarks, results and budget management across projects
  • Collaborate with customer teams to create and execute business plans that align with brand and retailer goals through effective Omnichannel shopper programs
  • Responsible for managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet their objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience or business capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Skills:

  • Strong detail orientation to manage multiple complex workstreams at once
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams
  • Strong interpersonal/communications skills
  • Collaborative, strong team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Passion for sustainability and health/wellness is a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000- $80,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
