We are looking for an contract SMB Marketing Manager for a client based in Austin, TX. Details 2 month contract Panges from $75 - $85 per hour Fully Remote (Must be based in USA for consideration) Description We are seeking a contractor SMB Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns targeting SMB employers in NextGen markets. This role involves establishing the right marketing channels and media mix for each market, running campaigns, and delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy and investment. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-moving environments and be able to work collaboratively across diverse teams. 5+ years of marketing experience, including end-to-end management of Growth Marketing campaigns. Proven expertise in entering and scaling new markets with tailored strategies. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI (Excel proficiency required; SQL is a plus). Experience with both digital and offline marketing channels, such as audio, TV, direct mail, and email. You will plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring they align with each market's unique dynamics. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $75 - $85 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
