The Regional Talent Partner will report directly to the Director of Recruitment and is responsible for supporting assigned campuses by developing and implementing delivery strategies resulting in sourcing and hiring quality candidates. You will serve as subject matter expert for assigned geography as it applies but is not limited to the labor market, recruitment strategy, pipeline building, external community relationships including secondary and post-secondary schools, candidate experience, and selection best practices.

In this role, you will support company initiatives that promote a professional, responsive recruiting delivery that meets or exceeds company goals and recruitment metrics. Be the trusted advisor by creating strong relationships with campus leaders, division support teams, and senior leaders rooted in great customer service, team approach works best attitude, and servant leadership.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hybrid position with approximately 50% travel

Initial geography will cover Mid-Michigan

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Selection: Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruiting and candidate selection. Focus on attracting and hiring highly qualified candidates for campuses in Central Michigan.

  • Administrative Support: Provide support with a variety of administrative tasks including preparing offer letters, conducting reference and background checks, and managing pre-employment requirements. Act as the first point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process.

  • Community Outreach: Identify and manage relationships with local community partners to create pipelines for top talent. Foster connections to support our recruitment efforts.

  • Support Employee Programs: Assist in the implementation and promotion of company and employee services initiatives, including clinical-based programs (CNA, MA-C), apprenticeship programs, and other employee growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • College education preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to communicate written and verbally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
