Currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join the team at a growing health care company! Job Description: In this role you will handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to help patients using the program; our goals are to grow our program enrollment, drive payment activity, and provide first-class customer service. Outbound calls consistent of asking customers for payments. * You will serve as primary phone contact and handle all inbound calls from account holders, and potential account holders. * You will place outbound calls to account holder, which includes welcome calls to new account holders, calls on past due accounts, servicing calls to non-enrolled accounts, and special one-off campaigns to support our ongoing mission of patient advocacy. * You will provide white-glove, first-class service as an advocate for the patient and an ambassador for the brand. * Skills & Qualifications:* * 2+ years of customer service experience. * 1+ years of call center experience highly preferred. * Must have quite/private workspace and high speed internet. * Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English. Schedule: looking for availability between 5am-5pm Mon - Fri (will be scheudled 40 hours per week). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
