Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Assurance and Testing Lead to oversee and manage the data quality assurance and testing process for our ERP Data, Reporting & Analytics Program. This effort is part of an overall SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA upgrade and is focused solely on the downstream data implications to our client's analytic environments. The scope of this work includes data validation of the initial SAP migration, data replication pipelines, target data platforms, and data consumption solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, SAP systems, data pipelines, data analytic environments, and various consumption and reporting technologies. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data throughout the migration processes. Primary Responsibilities *Lead the data quality assurance and testing efforts for the Data, Reporting & Analytics program within the overall client-based SAP S/4HANA Upgrade initiative *Develop and implement a data-centric test workplan and schedule to ensure comprehensive data quality throughout the downstream pipelines, platforms, and solutions *Establish and monitor metrics to track data anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors *Coordinate with project managers, data analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality objectives are met *Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity *Collaborate with the data migration team to ensure data mapping, transformation, and migration processes adhere to quality standards *Identify and implement data quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives *Provide regular reports and updates on data quality status and progress to program leadership *Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data quality and data governance *Partner with business leads to ensure the seamless integration of analytics tools and platforms with migrated data *Work closely with data analytics teams to understand requirements and ensure the quality of data used in analytics applications *Provide guidance into testing strategies specifically for data analytics to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs *Monitor the performance of data analytics applications post-migration and address any data quality issues that may arise Qualifications *Minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality assurance, data testing, and data management *Proven experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, data warehouse systems, data analytics tools including Snowflake, SQL Server, SSAS, SNP Glue, SSRS, PowerBI, Python, and Azure DevOps or similar tool *Strong understanding of agile methodology and data migration processes *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail *Proficiency in data quality tools and technologies including Tosca *Proven testing skills and experience using manual methods *Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams *Experience in developing and implementing data quality frameworks and best practices *Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data quality and data governance *Certification in data quality or data management is an advantage *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This new individual will be someone specific to data and downstream programs. How to test a data warehouse, data validation, lead organization of work for data program, etc. This person will not be in the weeds, that will come later. They need someone who can work w/ test planning on the core side (familiar with SAP/Snowflake/ODS, Tosca ideally), build test plans, use cases, etc. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
