Financial Services Representative Pay Range: $21/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30am-4:30pm (40 hours/week within this range) Location: Denver, CO 80206 Job Description: * Main responsibility is supporting investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping investors make a decision based on account goals * Will also process purchases, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone * Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues * * Qualifications: * Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. * Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication. * Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customers * Strong attendance and reliability is required in this role.
