You will also read form numbers, assemble checks and documents, and organize them according to CARATS and DL sorting procedures. Employees are expected to meet a monthly target of processing 70-79 pieces of mail per hour. You will log and date stamp all On-Line Messenger work and communicate with internal customers via email or phone regarding bulk packages at the Dock. Completing batch headers and organizing applications into transporters or folders is also part of your responsibilities, along with sorting miscellaneous applications at the back mail table.
