THE JOB:

AsaBusperson, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.8981 hourly, plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborate with servers to build a wholesome guest experience

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposal of trash

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server,Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Work outside in varying conditions such as heat, cold, wind, etc

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience in food service position at a restaurant or pool

• Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.
