Sr. .NET Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Software Engineer with strong experience with LoanIQ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable .NET applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Location: Overland Pk, KS or Cleveland, OH.

**Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future**

The candidate must be at the office for 2 to 3 days.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET framework on LoanIQ APIs and Data Model

* Experience in .NET C# application Development - Web, Restfull API

* Strong knowledge on writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

* Troubleshoot and debug software issues

* Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards

* Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in LoanIQ development

* Collaborate with DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment of applications

* Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure high quality of the code

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

* At least 5-8 Years of experience in .NET and LoanIQ software development

* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Experience with version control systems such as Git

Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
