POSITION TITLE: Case Manager DEPARTMENT: Social Services UNIT: Bremerton Corps STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Hourly REPORTS TO: Social Services Director COMPENSATION: $20.16 per hour GENERAL STATEMENT: The Salvation Army is a branch of the Christian Church, and the ultimate goal of all programs is spiritual regeneration of all people. SCOPE OF POSITION: The Case Manager provides crisis response and case management to families and individuals in need who come to The Salvation Army in Bremerton for assistance. Duties include, but are not limited to, engaging with individuals to determine needs, providing emergency intervention, and finding resources as needed. This role is a direct result of contractual funding and may be subject to change based on the scope and/or duration of the contract guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
