Position Summary

Contributes and manages initiatives within the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, support and enhancements of Oracle ERP applications. Under the guidance of the Director of WMS Application, this role collaborates with company customers, staff members, IT Colleagues and other stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and implement solutions.

Oracle Modules will include, but are not limited to WMS, INV, BOM, WIP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project initiatives in Warehouse and Operations arenas. Coordinating efforts to deliver business solutions and drive ROI from each initiative.
  • With guidance from WMS Application Director coordinate all activities to drive towards long term, stable business process supported by applications.
  • Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, support, and enhance Oracle ERP applications
  • Work with the Oracle Business Solutions Team in enhancing/unifying the Oracle Systems Design and making sure that the Designs are delivered according to the SG standards document.
  • Remain current with change and configuration management methodologies, the Oracle AIM methodology, and project management techniques.
  • Define customer requirements and interface business needs with system design
  • Perform Application Setups in Oracle Applications.
  • Perform data cleansing and data auditing as necessary to ensure data quality.
  • Gathering reporting requirements from users and detailing both process and technical requirements to translate end-user requirements into finished and working Oracle Applications Design
  • Create, maintain, and manage documentation for all Oracle Implementation and Support Initiatives
  • Ensure Oracle WMS application runs without/minimal disruptions.
Qualifications
  • At least 5-10 years' experience in Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and above warehouse management system.
  • Thorough understanding of general warehouse functionality - Preferably specific to gaming industry
  • Working knowledge of warehouse control board, replenishment, Cycle count, Physical Inventory, Sub inventory and locator setups, picking and putaway rules setup,
  • Consignment inventory handling, receiving, putaway, First article, Discrete jobs, Parcel and freight shipping, RMA processing, Outside processing, Inter org transacting
  • Cross functional knowledge of other areas within Oracle supply chain management
  • General awareness of other modules within Oracle EBS (Purchasing, Finance)
  • General proficiency of SQL, AIM (MDxxx) documents, change control processes.
  • Experience with Intellinum, CIPHER and external shipping interfaces (UPS/FEDEX/Trucks)
  • Experience with Oracle version upgrade projects, patch application and testing
  • Experience with raising SR's with Oracle support and working through them.
  • Experience with Oracle Transport management system
  • Experience with offshore team coordination
  • Quick learner, right mindset and attitude, Las Vegas based and work in office with flexible WFH option
  • Open to working on-call after hours, weekends & holidays.
