We are looking for an
Associate Director of UX Research and Product Strategy for the Design Technology team for our client based out of Dallas. This position is required
on-site 5 days/week in either Austin, Dallas or Bothell. This person will lead and support a team in the planning and design of discovery and evaluative research, particularly for strategic product initiatives.
Description: * Collaborate with leadership to define product and UX research strategy and oversee the execution of user research that supports the design and development of products. * 8+ years experience performing and leading UX research in a product-development environment and 2+ years experience leading and developing UX researchers. * Expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies, and generative and evaluative research methods. * Proven record uncovering, synthesizing, and distributing actionable insights that informed product strategy and decisions. * Experience facilitating cross-functional working sessions and/or workshops with product partners, peers, and stakeholders. * Strong understanding of the Jobs-to-be-done framework. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $150,000-250,000 annually. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
