Job Duties: Vice President, Vendor Management with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Develop, drive, and deliver the strategy for Source to Pay processes, participate in the identification of new technologies that will enhance end user experience and optimizing Source-to-Pay life cycle of the firm's low risk and high-volume suppliers. Responsible for building project business case, timelines, documenting requirements in partnership with engineering teams and end user community, as well as delivering change management tasks. Design and implement technical and non-technical solutions. Collaborate across teams and build strong working relationship with divisional stakeholders across the firm and understand and articulate potential impacts to business and source to pay systems. Communicate progress and relevant updates to project stakeholders across divisions, including providing periodic updates to senior leadership while facilitating decision making where required.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Employer will accept bachelor's degree equivalent based on single degree, combination of degrees, or combination of degree(s) and/or diploma(s), where determined to be equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years in the following: working with Source to Pay processes using SAP applications; and working in an operational role that involves queue management and processing of purchase orders. Prior experience must include three (3) years in the following: implementing enhancements in sourcing, contracting, procurement, vendor management and invoice to pay focused tools and processes on global scale, utilizing various tools and methodologies; delivering projects in technology book of work using Agile methodology; authoring and producing product's technical and design architecture for product development; and assisting business teams in establishing operational processes and facilitating day-to-day activities, including system implementation support. Prior experience must include two (2) years in the following: making technical configurations in SAP Ariba; and crafting product narratives, product release plans, testing strategies, and other essential written documents to articulate project strategy and facilitate globally delivery communication.
