Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide personalized support to new store managers. This role is important to ensuring a smooth transition for new managers, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the success of our stores. The Customer Service Representative will assist with calls and work with stores across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

We offer a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work and report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

In addition to order processing, we are looking for the Customer Service Representative to manage customer relationships by providing support. This includes understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a seamless order experience. The representative will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, coordinating with our teams to resolve problems, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. The primary platforms used for processing are the Store System Portal (SSP) and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Guidance: Assist new store managers in getting acquainted with their roles, ensuring they understand and can use the Store System Portal (SSP) and Elevate System.
  • Ordering Support: Address any questions related to ordering processes, helping managers navigate the system and resolve issues quickly.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training with SSP and Elevate, offering resources to help managers stay updated with best practices and company policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Act as a troubleshooter for any operational issues, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new managers to identify areas for improvement in the support system and overall operations.
  • Order Processing and Phone Support: Continue to take orders, answer phone calls, and handle AskCS tickets, ensuring seamless support for all customer service needs.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Associate's degree or relevant experience is required. Bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
  • Proficiency in using SSP (Stores Systems Portal) and SAP.
  • Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users.
