The Residential Life Intern will work collaboratively with Pre -College CAs and (S)RAs to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the Pre-College community with the support and guidance of the Assistant Director for Pre-College Student Affairs. This role will assist with the supervision, administration, and promotion of a diversified residential experience within the Pre-College residence hall community. This is a live-in position. Work hours will include evening hours and weekends, in addition to regular working hours. The position will start on May 27, 2025, and end on August 3, 2025. Position Overview and Purpose: This position will work as part of the team in the summer and contribute to their success by supporting student programming and residential staff. Demonstrating strong communication and organization skills, this position helps to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of the Pre-College community, working effectively and efficiently through independent work but also as an integral member of a team.
