Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Manager is accountable for developing and executing strategic plans to ensure long-term growth and success in the Food and Club channels. This position involves conducting market analysis, creating business models, and identifying & implementing initiatives to enhance platform and sales activities. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois , Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and/or within the Long Island , New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales enablement strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives. Identify key growth opportunities and initiatives
  • Channel/Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the sales team
  • Business Modeling: Create and optimize business models that enhance revenue generation and customer engagement. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to evaluate the potential impact of strategic decisions
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the sales function, implementing best practices to drive efficiency
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to sales enablement, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Utilizing AI: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in Microsoft: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create reports, presentations, and analyses that support sales strategies and initiatives
  • Financial Acumen and Forecasting: Analyze financial data to support sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with overall business financial goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) & SAP
  • Experience leveraging AI for sales processes and project management
  • Sales and/or strategy experience in Grocery and Costco, preferred
  • P&L management experience with strong financial acumen
  • Experience withconsumer packaged goods industry, with Vitamins and Supplements highly preferred
  • Experience utilizingsyndicated data
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful initiatives
  • Nationwide travel 20-30% of the time

  • Proficient indata analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and brands/categories
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Deep understanding of the assigned Customer and how to develop demand creation plans
  • The ability to utilize creativity and push beyond the obvious, comfortable going into "unchartered" territory in setting out recommendations and goals
  • Must be a dynamic leader who can push past obstacles and overcome objections

The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000- $150,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
