What we need...

COCC is currently seeking an Enterprise Software Sales Manager to cover the Northeastern United States Market. This is a results-oriented individual contributor role focused on expanding opportunities within the Financial Institution Core Banking sector. You will drive the consultative sales process, using your expertise to understand clients' business needs and technology goals in order to generate revenue. The position is responsible for new business development and executing the strategies needed to achieve the company's annual sales targets.

What you'll do...



  • Identify and develop core banking sales opportunities in the Northeast region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-Level executives, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively internally to optimize and leverage all product/sales capabilities and build them into the short- and long-term pre-sales strategy.
  • Achieve sales proficiency with our products and solutions to effectively position and present our Core Banking solutions to prospective customers.
  • Conduct research to customize product demos to prospective clients, emphasizing COCC's benefits and value.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of RFP responses for your opportunities.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, consultants, and key influencers to expand reach and opportunities.
  • Provide senior management with regular and accurate activity reports, including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline status, and prospecting results.
  • Use market research and competitor analysis to identify and prospect new opportunities.
  • Keep detailed, up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions on CRM.
  • Participate in industry trade events to generate sales leads and expand your network.


What you'll bring...



  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field, is preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of business-to-business consultative sales experience selling to the "C" level required.
  • Highly motivated self-starter accustomed to meeting sales quotas.
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex enterprise software.
  • Strong Understanding of fintech or Banking and Credit Union industry.
  • Proficiency in technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, CRM, databases).
  • Professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • Must be willing to travel 40-50%.
  • Hours may go beyond traditional work day/week


Salary range for this role is $77,000-$100,000K /annually plus commission
