Department: Out Patient Rehab Services

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Hours: 8am-430pm (days will be within Monday - Friday. No Weekends)

Shift: Day Shift

Status: Full Time- Part Time, 24 hours per week

• Level I : Hourly Pay Range: $32.60- $48.90. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Level II: Hourly Pay Range: $35.16 - 54.50. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Level III : Hourly Pay Range: $38.67 -59.94 The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need:

• The completion of a degree in Speech/Language Pathologyorthe equivalent
• CurrentIllinoislicensure or eligibility.
• American Speech/Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competenceor eligibility
• CPRcertification from American Heart Association.

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and develops and implements individual Speech Pathology therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient independent functioning within their physical limitations.
