Residential Services Specialist - Full Time Everett, WA Compass Health is currently looking for a Residential Services Specialist to join our Housing program. What you will be performing The Housing Residential Services Specialist assists clients exiting from homelessness, hospitals, jails, and residential treatment facilities to maintain Compass Health supported housing. This position is responsible for performing security, facility maintenance and residential care duties, assisting clients in complying with lease terms, and developing effective working relationships with residents, housing case managers, clinicians, community members, visiting professionals, and third party property management vendors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee will be working in a direct service environment that will include reception office, common areas, client units, warming kitchen, trash rooms, etc. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and use close vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job in the work environment.
