This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home in Charlotte, NC, while also providing you with the chance to travel weekly to oversee and manage more than 40 facilities across North and South Carolina.
Here is some of what you will do: Support the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Director in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client. Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client. Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the area Here is who we are looking for: Required 6+ years of commercial facilities management experience managing multiple facilities at once. Proficient in Microsoft Office Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7 Pay $85,000+ with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary |
