This position is hybrid Essential Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking a motivated Growth and Strategy Proposal Coordinator to support our proposal development strategy and streamline capture processes. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating proposal efforts, maintaining proposal library, facilitating team recruitment for projects, and supporting strategic expansions. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organizational skills. Capture Coordination: * Assist in identifying new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs. * Support the development and execution of capture plans in coordination with cross-functional teams to gather insights for proposal success. * Create capability matrices and manage responses to teaming data requests. * Responsible for data Entry in Salesforce * Responsible for monitoring all prime contract vehicles and maintaining Growth and Strategy opportunity pipeline and any salesforce reporting. * Responsible for maintaining proposal content library Proposal Coordination: * Coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring timely assembly and submission of high-quality, persuasive proposals. * Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to prepare content aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria. * Produce written content when necessary * Develop annotated compliance outlines, proposal schedules and coordinate standing proposal meetings as needed. Recruiting and Resource Coordination: * Support recruiting efforts for proposal and project teams, helping to identify talent aligned with current and upcoming project needs. * Facilitate coordination between People and Culture team and technical departments to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Strategic Support and Client Interaction: * Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to support growth opportunities. * Engage in networking and industry events to help promote Impyrian and identify new business avenues. * Responsible for maintaining company capability briefings Process Improvement and Reporting: * Continuously support the evaluation and refinement of proposal and capture processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting proposal lifecycle metrics and growth initiatives. * Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications Education and Work Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human socialization or a related field. * Experience or strong interest in proposal management, capture coordination, and/or business development roles. * Minimum one-year Federal Proposal experience Skills and Competencies: * Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines collaboratively. * Effective writing and communication skills, capable of conveying concepts clearly to various audiences. * Strategic mindset with an enthusiasm for supporting business growth and client engagement. Preferred: * Familiarity with Federal contracting * Experience supporting proposal teams or possession of industry-related certifications. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation. * Prolonged use of a computer and keyboard, including typing and using a mouse. * Ability to handle light lifting (up to 20-30 lbs), including office supplies, files, or small equipment. * Frequent use of manual dexterity for tasks such as writing, filing, and operating office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.). * Ability to walk or stand occasionally to attend meetings, interact with colleagues, or move around the office. * Clear vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading documents, viewing computer screens, and performing detailed tasks. * Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout a full workday. * Repetitive motions associated with tasks such as typing, using a mouse, and answering phones. * Ability to bend or stoop to retrieve files or office supplies from cabinets or storage areas. * Occasional standing, reaching, or walking to attend meetings or use office equipment in different areas of the office. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
