We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee large, complex IT programs, primarily in the healthcare space.

• Manage programs to ensure all contractual obligations, financial goals, and client satisfaction benchmarks are met or exceeded.

• Provide comprehensive oversight and direction to account delivery teams, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked and accepted by the client following AIS' Project Management approach.

• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to program success.

• Communicate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to maintain alignment and driving forward creative solutions to resolve issues.

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects or workstreams within the program, ensuring smooth execution.

• Build credibility as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning their business needs with technical solutions.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new leads, develop strategies, and create compelling proposals to expand client engagements.

• Drive and champion continuous improvement initiatives within delivery processes to enhance overall efficiency and results.

• 12+ years of project management experience leading multiple, concurrent IT projects in delivery and consulting environments including:

  • Managing budgets, schedules, and associated risks.

  • Effectively clarifying and aligning requirements across multiple stakeholders.

  • Supporting the professional growth and engagement of project team members.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise software, data, infrastructure, or cloud-based projects.

• Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tooling, as well as hybrid and traditional delivery approaches.

• Strong understanding of how technical challenges can impact successful delivery and ability to partner with solution architects to navigate those challenges.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and collaboration platforms (M365, Azure).

• Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a strong advantage.

• Prior hands-on technical experience in software development or cloud infrastructure is highly desirable.
