SUMMARY: This position leads all aspects of the US Medical Nutrition (MN) Marketing function, including the building of brand plans for all MN brands. This position is also responsible for embedding and leading the frameworks which govern marketing across all products in Medical Nutrition.Mentors and develops the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Contributes to the overall strategic vision and long-term goals of the company, ensuring that marketing strategies align with and support the company's mission and objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
