How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for supporting regional stakeholders as assigned, collaborating with chapters regarding policies, procedures and bylaws amongst other important operational areas to ensure each chapter is fully capable of operating at the most effective and efficient level possible. Reviewing, revising, and recommending chapter policies and identifying process improvements to ensure a stronger chapter operation. Conducting satisfactory service levels between PMI and chapters. Partnering with internal Chapter Engagement Partners to help support successful implementation and adoption of new programs and services targeting chapter leader growth and development

What You'll Bring to the Role




  • Bachelor's degree in business or other related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years association experience or similar scope experience administering processes for dispersed geographic groups including working knowledge of not for profit organizational and governing documents (bylaws, policies).


  • Demonstrated ability to create and apply performance metrics;


  • General knowledge of association laws and general practices (Anti-Trust, UBIT Tax, Non-Profit Classifications).
  • General knowledge of insurance program requirements, including general liability and professional.
  • Quickly establish and maintain positive oral and written presence in high volume setting; build and maintain effective relationships.


  • Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers in varied committee structures, and external organizations with a track record of positive long term outcome-based relationships.


  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organization topics and issues.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks and commit to time-sensitive deliverables


  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills


  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
