Our Corporate Legal team is responsible for supporting all business and operations functions at Selective. This role will involve working closely with attorney and regulatory compliance professionals on a variety of insurance specific and related matters. It may also include support pertaining to Corporate Legal's administrative functions. Please note, this is a hybrid position, therefore, applicants must be within commuting distance of our Branchville, NJ location.

• Conducts legal research and analysis of various insurance specific and related topics.
• Provides written and oral responses to queries.
• Filing, locating, pulling and classifying a variety of different materials.
• Assembling and arranging policies, documents, manuals, and presentations.
• Performing other administrative duties in support of department or function assigned.

Knowledge and Requirements

• Candidates should demonstrate some experience or understanding of insurance.
• Must be currently enrolled in good standing in an accredited law degree program.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.
