Scope of Work: Principle responsibilities include: the effective and efficient management and leadership of KIRA Information Solution's (KIRA) resources to meet all specifications and expectations of the contract; directly interfacing with the Air Force's Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS) Content Delivery Team (CDT) at all levels of leadership and structure; preparing and executing budget; and ensuring contract performance in accordance with the direction and policies of THTBC. Individual must be a talented manager, organizer, planner and leader; have a proven track record of implementing policies and systems to create/maintain a high-performance organizational culture, delivering/continuing results by building accountability and responsibility within a diverse workforce; able to create/continue a positive working environment characterized by teamwork and innovation; have a background in Information Technology, preferably Air Force IT; have a working knowledge of contract operations and functions with an emphasis on US Air Force Governmental operations. Individual should be familiar with Air Foce organization and functions; understand current procurement best practices; be politically astute; able to organize and express ideas through excellent oral and written communications to a wide variety of audiences; and demonstrate an unquestionable sense of integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
