We are seeking an experience System Administrator IV to join our Corporate IT team in Bloomington, IN or Huntsville, AL. This position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems. Travel up to 10% could be required. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
  • Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Work with the IT team to resolved escalated issues and provide user guidance.
  • Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field and 10 or more years of relevant experience
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
  • Proven experience managing and configuring:
    • Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
    • Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
    • Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu)
    • Red Hat Satellite Server.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
  • Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
